ten t 17mm hex
Search losi 810 on ebay. You will need hubs outer axles and wheel nuts all bolt on all losi parts. The 810 buggy is a ten-t with a buggy body pull start and 1/8 scale wheels and tires. I converted my Ten-t to non pull start and run a losi 8ight clutch setup with 8ight e spur and 17mm hex hubs. It runs awesome. Good luck. Joe

There are two options I know that you can use:
1. Wheel hexes and axles for the Losi 810 buggy. They are a direct fit.

2. 17mm hub conversion kit from M2C Racing.

One thing to point out.....the 810 axles do not have captured pins, so the pins will fall out when you take your tire rim off. You can hold them in place nicely with some Shoe Goo. It's nice and gooey and will glue the pin in place, but is very easy to remove by pushing the pin with a nail punch.
As for the M2C racing kit, you use the stock Ten T axles, and the kit does have captured pins so they don't fall out when you take your rims off.
Which one is better? I have no opinion since I have never tried the M2C kit. I haven't heard of any complaints about it on the Losi forum though. Good luck!

all of the 1/8 scale buggy dish wheels are 17mm for the most part? that is the reason i want to get 17mm hex.
#5
Yup! 1/8th buggy rims with 0 offset is what you want.

i am either getting green or yellow dish wheels with 0 offset.

Captured axle pins on Ten-T hub conversion
Just a FYI the 810 axle pins are captured but are not on the parts list or parts explosion. I called Losi and told them what I was doing and they sent me part #losa6299 which is 5-40X1/8 cup point setscrew free of charge. Reason being is that I bought a 810 and noticed then setscrews in the hub. Hope this helps out.

Wow, I had no idea, thanks for the tip! I had been annoyed that they weren't captured. TCCustoms had given me a great tip on the Losi forum about putting on a dab of Shoe Goo to hold the pins in place. Strong enough to keep them there, but easy enough to pop back out using a nail punch. Maybe now though, I'll nab a set of those grub screws.
