I am new to RC, mainly into offroad. I have been running SCT for a couple of months. I got a onroad car in on a trade a while back and really have no use for it. Its an RC10L. I am not into onroad, and want to get rid of it and buy a buggy. Before I put in the for sale board, can anybody give me any advice what it might be worth. It is pretty much ARTR, just add TX/RX

10L's go for very, very little and typically less on here than you would get for it on Ebay.

post some pics so we know what vintage it is. it may be worth something to a vintage collector, but they don't pull the $$ like vintage buggies and some of the rarer onroads do.

Here are pics that of everything i have for it. I have three bodies, one unpainted thunderbird, and the truck and thunderbird you see in the pic. Theres an extra chasis and two bags full of parts and about 8 carpet tires.

That's actually a 10L3o. It's an oval car that's neither "vintage" nor considered competitive anymore. Sorry.

You do realize this thing still sells for between $50 and $80 on Ebay? For a complete car with the extra parts he has.
Maybe not alot of money, but nothing to sneeze at.

Sell it over on Hobbytalk.com , thats where the oval racers hang out. That particular chassis is still used in the Sportsman Spec 17.5 Truck class that the TOUR governing body runs every year at the snowbirds. In this particular class, a newbie oval class, it still holds its own. L3's and L4's still do well (heck a Hyperdrive S10 took second in the amain last year and that chassis is 10 years old). The electronics you've got there aren't worth anything, but the chassis with body? You could easily get $80 for it.

For maybe $80, i'd let my 5 year-old beat the heck out of it. You will get plenty of enjoyment watching that!!
