Default Good Charger to go along with Quasar Pro?

Well I'm going to be racing with my father so I need 2 chargers and I just picked up a Reedy Quasar Pro. Is there a good charger out there that is AC/DC that will have some different features than the Quasar pro and perhaps compliment it? If I'm not mistaken the Turbocharger 35 GFX is AC/DC, but we're not looking to spend quite that just yet.

Thanks,
Ike

Thanks for the help guys

I was sort of hoping to get a charger that would have another feature or two that the Reedy doesn't have...

To be honest, anything that could be useful to me. I just am getting back in this from a nearly 15 year layoff and back then the original turbocharger has just been introduced and was about the only charger that did something besides just charge... I don't really know what features I will want down the road since I have no clue what I'm doing anymore Something under 250 would be about all I can help with for specifics...

You'll definitely want somethng with a motor run feature, helps when running brush serator or comm lathe, tire truer or whatever... I have a Quasar pro sitting next to a Turbo 35 on my bench...

The Pulsar Competition would probably be your best choice, but if you don't want to spend that much (because you will need a power supply too) you should also look at the Novak Millennium Pro.

Hope this helps,

Default 2nd Charger

PRO-TRAK Charger!! The best yet!!
30amps discharge and exactly monitors each cell, which one is okay or not.
Maximizes you pack while charging without getting them hot!
It has a lot of other top notch features
for me its the best charger on the market now.

But I could not afford it hehehehe
I use Quasar Pro and am happy with it!

Just a note, if you need a 2nd charger, it would be better to get the same charger, since different charger has different features, charging modes and other stuff that might only confuse you and your batteries.
