+1 on all the posts. With online support it's fairly easy to get any platform setup to work well and parts are readily available. I currently race a DEX410, after running the B44.1. Both are fantastic 4WD platforms and the Durango is just absolutely fun to drive constantly! Any of the top brand name platforms are fantastic with each having their strengths and weaknesses. When you decide, please consider www.premierehobbies.com for guaranted unbeatable prices and visit site for details on opportunity to win $500 givaway.
Thank you,

Can the two ZX5's be converted to run saddle or stick? I notice there is two versions out but can you just switch parts between the two?

Caster sell a carbon conversion kit to run saddles with their S10B/SK10

there is (or was at one time)an SP to FS conversion.. the FS/FS2 uses saddle packs and the motor is mounted forward with the spur gear behind the steering bellcranks they share a lot of parts but the chassis is different.. the FS/2 is also 10mm longer than the SP

Agreed, the DB01R is a VERy nice buggy, I'm loving mine, handles great, it's easy to get a handle on, can be tough as nails(if you use the regular DB01 suspension arms, they are MUCH tougher than the carbon-filled ones), & it can take stick packs & all the same electronics as any touring car. Only real downside in my book is the weight, with a 5000mah LiPo mine weighs about 1700 grams(which I think would be a little better if I had a lower capacity pack, maybe a good 3800mah one, I think it could shave about 70-100 grams from what I've been reading). Having a LOT of fun with it....

Wow, haven't had any issues with my Durango and has been the most durable 4WD 10th scale racing platform in my opinion. I've owned most of the top end 4WD platforms and they are all superb, with each having their strengths and weaknesses.

Durango car make a lot of maintenance to be perfect. Ball bearings, transmission etc.

At this moment I'm still using the best 4WD ever made: XX4 world edition until Losi will launch another wonderful 4WD as they already created with the Losi 22.

I'll waiting for the TLR team to create the 4WD 1/10 off road scale.

At this moment I don't choose any 4WD, I'm stay on the window...
