All I remember from the 4wd off-road days is that if I had the stiffer springs up front (and kit rear) I'd end up with less steering and if I put them on the rear (and kit front) I ended up with more.

What I'd like to know from a on-road stand point is what could I expect to see if I did the same thing but more with regards this on-power off-power stuff?

I'm running twin diffs if this helps.

Thanks in advance.
Yes, you're right in your thinking. One thing though is if you go too soft on one end of the suspension it will do the opposite of what you think it should. If you put a really soft spring on the rear, your rear end will want to slid all over the place since the suspension will be transfering all the weight to one tire and that tire will give out. same thing for the front. I believe this is the reason Team Yokomo ran the RS green springs (the softest ones) on the rear of their cars at the worlds when using a spool.

I had one and it's really good but if you don't have a CGM currently I would suggest getting a CGM conversion kit instead. The CGM chassis is stiffer and doesn't take a tweek like double deck cars can.

When i see that chart, anyone has the Spring chart for almost all manufacturer? I forget to save it everytime i see it
Don't really want to search through 20+ pages either

btw, Was looking at my car this day and thought:
Why the hell not refill the shocks? They have been on my CGM for more than 2 month since last refill, so i took all off and thought the left rear shock felt a little "weird", kind of something was in the shock floating around on top of the piston
So i disassembled the shock and found the diaphragm (Rayspeed Yellow) cut in half and inside the shockbody.. Wonder how the hell that could have happend

check and make sure the rayspeed comes with parts for the steering servo savers, i don't think the one on the cgm will work.
