Nomination list/ballots will be done by this weekend, we had quite a renew and join membership this past weekend and we need to update the membership list. We will mail all info to the members at the beginning of next week

At the meeting held on Feb. 20, it was agreed upon and decided by the board and the members present at the meeting that nominations would run through the remainder of February until March 31 so as not to interfere with the RCX program.
The board agreed that the nomination list created at that meeting as well as the list of current eligible members who could be added to the nomination list was going to be posted on the internet.
By notifying the membership next week via mail, this has changed the arrangement agreed upon at the meeting as well as taken two to three weeks off the nomination period.

Danny...we are sitting here laughing, I just lost $10.00 cause someone bet me after that post, you would be the first to respond!!.
However we will release an updated list of current members since last weekend. Wiley was recording meeting minutes so I will ask him exactly what was agreed. Thank you for the correction.

As for any rules, polices, agenda, ect, In my opinion there has to be little give or take, being to serious especially in a RC club is just going to turn people off. How ever you see it as hobby, sport, its just about having fun, and that should be in every aspect of it including club elections
