That's the car used and modified by Brian Bodine. I think you would have seen the other custom parts that he did for the solid rear spool and his version of the lightened 2 speed gearbox I think he still races actively Northwest side of the states.

Oopphs, sorry That's Roman Stopka's Impulse from Austria. Not Brian Bodine's but he had the same ideas. Look at what he did to his Impulse. He used a Xray servo saver to lay the servo down.

Nice... Ummm, the picture itself looks like it has the old AGFA film tint

Anyway, your adjustable rear blade is the older version. Just that the shape of the blade holder is different from the new one that Serpent currently has. Else, everything is the same.

Why didn't you use the front shock tower spacers? I think it is better as it aligns the shocks more vertically and moves the shock tower forward so that it is easier to mount the shocks on the shocktower from the front But then with the spacer, the front droop screws get blocked

I'm feeling a little jeolous of those nice bodyshells I can only churn out solid colour type painting schemes and let the decals spruce it up and cover all the painting mistakes More than that, the bodyshell turns out ugly
