Default Xpress Pro / help needed

Bought a brand new in the box Xpress Pro chassis kit today
with a castle brushless setup with a futaba controller.
I am having one snag. directions sucked for install on the servo placement.
My question is its supposed to stand in slot but how is it supposed to mount? also if i dont have the servo saver that was supposed to be in is there another one i should be looking for?

Also i know its a 10+ year old car. My LHS has crates and boxes of xpress stuff all dirt cheep and on hand at all times!

anyone have pictures of their old setups or a setup. my google fu is not working for this item..
thanks in advance!

cut it off and stand it up.
I guess i need to get a slimmer servo because my HiTech servo is a little to big to fit in that slot..

I wish some one had a better up close picture of that setup.

If you go to the Xpress section at the following page - http://much-more.co.uk/downloads - you will fid a couple of pics in the final assembly document.

The servo sits vertical very much like in a Tamiya F103 and F104 Formula 1 chassis. More links below;

I love my xpress pro - I actually have the same model as yours - and one of the first cars I bought. Still one of my favorite cars and in my opinion its one of the most beautiful touring cars ever with the red alunminum - also love the skinny tires.

I knew getting parts was going to be trouble so i bought a huge parts lot from ebay a while back as well.

King Palm, what is the name of the hobby shop you got the xpress stuff from? do you have their phone? I may try to order some extra parts if you say they're dirt cheap Thanks in advance.

Thanks! I have ordered quite a few times from ultimate hobbies - especially over the phone as they seem more likely to give a discount. I don't see any on the website so I guess I will be giving them a call soon - hopefully they will take orders for the xpress parts over the phone.
