Shane, com'on man. That post actually had something to do with the comments that were being made. They were looking for lightweight parts and I happen to have capabilities of making them. It's just like how people were talking about 3 Racing earlier. Although you didn't edit their posts.
Anyways... I was saying... I can make custom lightweight parts for you guys out of Acrolight (similar to fiberglass). I already have the R40 parts pre-made and have added some special details to them. Let me know what you guys need. I already have a few orders.

nrctc3 - PM or email me with a list of things you can make. I'd be interested. Weighed mine today and it's 1790g with body, full diameter foams and no fuel. I guess there's some room for improvement there.

AMGRacer - I have the lightweight chassis, HPI graphite shock towers (f & r), lightened shafts, graphite bumper brace and battery door. I wish there was a Ti screw kit because I'm sure you could shave some weight replacing all those dang wood screws.

Did you want that side brace too?
BTW, RC ScrewZ has stainless steal screw kits available. I like them much better then the stock ones. Check out my review! RC ScrewZ Stainless Steal Screw Kit For HPI R40

I always thought TITANIUM is stronger, but not lighter.....if you want something lighter, aluminum screws are lighter, but i know they are softer.....(correctly me if I am wrong)
On my NTC3, I used light weight screws on top and titanium screws on the chassis.........
Also, does the stock bumper plate and battery cover heavier then the carbon fiber plate from 3racing...? I just want to know as a fact.....

Yes, I noticed that too. Where can I get the 4-gear diffs? I use 50k oil and notice that the handling of my car becomes very unstable whenever the oil thins out. What is the theory behind this? My car will be like it corners on rails everytime I refill the diffs with new oil but would just spin out and become unsrable after a couple of weeks.

Usually, if your rear diff spin freely, you should have MORE traction then tighter diff......so if your rear diff oil got thinner, diff will spin easier and faster, that should give you MORE traction (lets not count the shock, camber, ride height and other factors....)
Are you saying your FRONT diff oil get thinner, then your car will spin out? Or you are talking about your REAR diff oil got thinner, then your car will spin out....?
Please specific..................
