Thank you for the fast response. What kind of horse power should I bring. What type of motor would be ok. Thanks again.

In addition to the stock setup, i run the "cut-arms" mod to shorten the wheelbase, which allows the car to rotate better. This works well on smaller tracks. I also run 1.5 deg of toe out up front for better turn-in, that helps with those pesky hairpins.

make sure you setup with the correct gearing. 301 is freaking huge, and to make matters worse, with the right line you can take the sweeper at the end of straight full blast, so now that 240ft airport runway turns into a 255-260ft runway. Motor is needed, but without correct gearing even the best motor will seem slow. i think most guys are running 17/20, 45,48.

the Picco motors have tons of power, however make sure you can get your hands on their exhaust gaskets, as the port is different, and you will tear up a novarossi shaped gasket after each run. Aside from that, I have seen Piccos with a good tune run past some Nova's.

short rear arm mod?
I have seen a couple of setup in which people are running short rear arms.
In looking at the car I am a bit confused how to mod the arms. I notice the wing support has a 3mm spacer to move it forward but I am unsure about changes to the arm.
Does anyone have a pic?
