thats correct, it is the stock clutch that comes w/ the factory team gt2 kit, and another quick question, is it uncommon to see this mill in a 1/10 scale gt truck? Should I sell this mill for one geared strictly towards taking/enduring the rigors of off road? And should I get an adjustable .12 clutchset, if so which one should I get? thanks for your help, as this is my first NON pull start mill
With the engine you have now, you probably will have more than enough power^^
I say try it out on the track before making your mind up.
You can contact Team Orion USA directly, 714 694-2812

Well usually .12 off-road engines are detuned versions, because the grip levels are low you need an engine that has a super smooth acceleration.

Hi guys, I'm a newby (to this forum), I have been racing 4 about 5 years now and am curious about the CRF. Can anyone please point out the changes from the "Josh Cyrul" with 07 upgrades version, and the new "Kyosho" (with the gold head) version ?

Hey Nano, can I change this to rotary carb? that would be ideal if I could. I see where Cavalieri is running a wasp.12 rotary, not sure if its the crf or not, thanks again

As for the changes, here are the words that Kyosho released to www.redrc.net
The first fruits of the Team Orion and Kyosho tie-up are soon to be made available when the Kyosho X312T .12 motor goes on sale in Europe on the 10th of July. This engine isn’t simply a rebadged version of the Team Orion CRF Wasp but instead features a revised piston which has been coated with Nikasil, a nickel silicon carbide coating used to reduce friction in moving aluminum alloys, while the carburettor features a different barrel and modified main needle which all adds up to an engine that is easy to tune, very stable and has lots of torque. Also released at the same time is the Kyosho V-One RRR Evo and X312T combo pack which will make a great package for those racers considering racing in the Kyosho World Cup, as we have heard a rumour that the use of the X312T is to be made mandatory for this event.

The CRF V6 clutch is a great clutch for off-road. You have to use a new clutchbell when you install it and the bell can have from 26 to 26.5mm inner diameter.
Yes you can install a rotary carb on the engine.

do you know the part # for the rotary carb? thanks again Nano
