Hi! Just want to say thanks, a buddy of mine went to the TCS race a couple of weeks ago, and he gave you a few items to fix. Thanks for getting it done so quickly, I was really happy that you guys got it back to us so soon. Thanks again.
milf,
No problem. We try to get the fastest turn around time on all repaired items. Enjoy.

milf,
you can goto our site and download settings for different applications. Look under the products/ESC/VFS. There is a link to the settings. Thanks.

Default hara's setting

hara's setting can be downloaded here :
http://www.kopropo.co.jp/html/vfs_support3.html

open the file using the vfs pc software that can be downloaded here:
http://www.kopropo.co.jp/software/VFS1018.EXE

u still need to buy the cable that connects the PC to the VFS though..

its hara's 1/12 4 cell modified settings and his touring 23T setting.

bruisedwillis:
It's only a 3 pin serial connection so this would imply that you only need ground, Rx and Tx. The pinout on the db9 connector is:
pin 2 - Rx
pin 3 - Tx
pin 5 - Gnd
I'd imagine the black wire is ground with Tx and Rx being on the 2 remaining wires. It doesn't usually matter if you get Tx/Rx around the wrong way but it won't work properly. If this happens just reverse the Tx/Rx and it should work okay.

Of course you do this at your own risk, but if someone could give the exact pinout it'd be much less risky

KO PROPO staff.

I saw that KO have to different sizes of caps.
Are there any other differences?
Why do these have a 35V rating. Isn't 10V enough becouse this only makes them bigger I think.

Where's the cheapest place to get the TRF2002 ESC?

Hobbymania is 149.00 + shipping.

Hobbymania is currently out of the KO and the Tamiya. Andy says that the Tamiya is limited availibility.
