They add more grip in what ever end you put them on.
Front= More Steering
Rear= More Grip
Both= Most speed and grip.

yup, that's what i notice too on shimo's refuelling time in the semi's compared to the rest of the guys except collari of course

Just found a comment on the German forum what seems from the racedirector.
If there is dry conditions race will start at 10:00AM.
If it´s raining start will be delayed maybe until 3:00PM but then race is started whatever conditions there are.
It´s just the question what are the conditions currently.
