I put on a new set of 50F 45R and the fronts look like they could go another hour main, but lost the LR 50min in, and the RR was right behind it. A setup issue im sure. Car never felt "right" the whole 60 minutes. Still pleased with the 9th place considering how my weekend went.

I might make it out sunday to

45EXP with 40EXP Rear should do it. both Slick. ROK Hard Wheels and GTLS full faced inserts.

This tire combo worked well last month at the Nova Challenge in Calif. quals. also. Bumped up to 50f/45r for the 45 min. main which got me a 2nd place finish.

I was able to attend the Great Lakes Challenge this past weekend in Toledo Ohio to run in the GT class The track and weather were great all weekend long with the temps in the mid 70's. I tried some different tire combinations in the qualifying and ended up deciding on running 45 front and rear for the 30 minute main. The tires held up great and the traction was awesome from beginning to end. The tires could have went another 30 minutes no problem. This was the first race I was able to run the Sweep P1L body and all I can say is WOW. This body gives plenty of down force without sacrificing speed. Great job Sweep. The Sweep tires and body helped me to get TQ and finish 1st. Thank you for developing these tires and body for the GT class.

I agree Mike, and congrats on the win and TQ. We were all under powered, but skill got the win.

I went 50F 45R, and had some off power push, 45 45 would have been a lot better, I think 45 40 would have been money.

My next body will be the new Sweep, looks great to.

Sweep Racing Tires got it done once again!!! Took home the TQ, 1st place win, and the ROAR Regional Championship title. The tires performed absolutely flawless. 40s all around for the qualifiers and 45s all around for the 30-minute A main were decided based on the tire wear during practice. Thank you Sweep Racing Tires and John Lee for the continuous support of this awesome GT class!

Congrats , Andy. You did it again. I didn't have any luck at the regional in L.A. (receiver quit), but the 50's were very hooked up and wore great. Thanks to Sweep for continuing to provide the best tire they can, and always looking to improve.

What is the outer diameter of the Sweep tire ?

Read somewhere that they are bigger than PMT having 98mm.

They are 98mm outside diameter. Taller than PMT. Alpha and others.
