I think
The losi flywheel should come with it's own collet, the wedge shaped piece that replaces the stock steel one on the engine.
First remove the stock Nova collet and put the losi one on in it's place.... the flywheel should fit perfectly on that one.....
I like to use a tiny flat screwdriver in the gap on the collet and twist slightly and slide it off....make sure the new one is all the way on before putting the flywheel on it. pull the crank out as you slide it on....

Ya I tried that but I sheems like the crank rod is to sort. So when I try to put the clutch bell on will not sit flush with the clutch bell bearing.

use really tiny shims and shim the end of the crank so screw doesnt bind with bearing

Are you using the losi clutch bolt washer? It has a recess that goes into the bearing a bit.

the losi should come with a shaft extender in the kit which is what you need to use if the bearing sticks out past the crank the nova engines have a stepped out inner race on the front bearing as to aleviate the need for shims behind the collet on certain manufacturers clutch systems , not needed on the losi but that is what it is and one other thing to be very sure of is to make sure the crank is pulld all the way out and the collet is slid all the way on
hope this helps ,

Ooops
Yes the bearing sits just outside the crank. Like the above post said there is a tiny shim that fits just inside the hole created or the steel end piece will fill it in and the add regular shims to give it just enough play to spin freely after tightening it down really good....
when I worked on Losi cars I just used the tiny shims and one flat cone washer and it fits nicely.....
