Default How do i wire 2 bullet lipo's? (RC8E)

RC8E w/ MMM
2x IP5000 2s lipos w/ bullet connection
  • How should i make the serial splitter?
  • Do they make L shaped bullets for cleaner wiring?

Any pictures?

Did some searching and found this...



I guess i can get the wire to be a L (right angle) by just soldering them on that way. lol

Make a jumper like in the photo.

Use these. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXJPY4&P=ML

They have a notch in the side so you can build them at close to right angles.

The hole near the end of these connectors is for the same reason - 90 degree soldering.

I have been thinking about the same thing my self. I was thinking about taking bullets and drilling a hole in the side to put my wire at a right angle. If you don't already have bullets I would buy these /|\

But I will drill some since I already have a ton(not really) lying around.

What conversion do you have in your RC8?
Also, how do you have your lipos wired so you can use 2 2s packs instead of one bigger pack?

That is the AE conversion. The speedo/motor is the Speed Passions system.

I notice there's different size bullet connectors....???
Is it the length?
How do i know which ones i need?

I'm waiting to get my "Trinity Epic IP5000 40c" packs

Batteries using female bullet connectors will use a 4mm male connector.
