Default Foam tire treatment

Are any of you guys treating your foam tires (1/10 on road) or run them straight out of the box?

I run my tires right out of the box the first time, and then use Paragon on them, and then store the tires in baggies to keep them fresh. I have some tires that have to be at least 14 months old, that are just as fresh as the day I bought them.
You can also use WD 40, Simple green, or a traction additive.
For me on the 10th scale, 1/8th scale, and my DM1, I only use Paragon

I also do the same as freestyles but also on the truer I use a file to round the edges to try and prevent chunking but have come to realise that the only way to prevent chunking is to keep on the track
