fastharry:
THANKS! - much appreciated - a pleasant surprise! (Harry mailed me a HotWheels die cast of a UOP Shadow. A pretty nice gesture coming from a guy I don't even know.)
Hey Harry - I promise you - no more "New Jersey jokes" coming from these lips - Ha Ha!

avs:
a few guys have told me that the clearance blister around the throttle/brake linkage is close to or touching the body. I will enlarge this blister area slightly in the next few days. It was hard for me to get 3 completely RTR cars/chassis (of the big 3 brands) when designing the body.

AGL:
I few respected drivers will be racing in Washington DC this weekend so I'm hoping for more feedback. Bad weather, poor track conditions and "race elidgability" issues has thwarted some of the early testing on this body. (even though it is ROAR approved) I'll keep you posted.

Shouldn't be a problem with elegibillity now, as they are shipping to stores. Mine are due in today, from Horizon. That means all other stores have, or can get them.
I'll be painting one up for this weekend. Hope I don't have too much trouble getting it to clear the brake linkage....I'm running a 960 with laydown servo too.

I ran one this weekend and the body really is great for not-so-high bite tracks. I'm not sure how it will do on high-bite tracks yet. I will be testing again this coming weekend in Toledo at the Pro-series and give more feedback next week. Looks like a winner though.

There was at least one in the A-Main. Started in the top 8. I will look through my files and see if I have a photo of it. I know a Mugen was using it in either the C or B Main as well.

well there was a few people running this at 301 raceway in maryland and most people said the body has tons of rear end traction and it pushes bad at big tracks so this body shoud work at tight choppy tracks

I ran this body at the 301 race with great success . Qualified 4th but finished 9th . I ran myself out of tires. The body has alot of downforce which made the car very predictabe . I was able to put the car where I wanted. Had a slight push in the center of the corner which can be fixed which minor setup work.

I have pics of the Shadows in action at 301 from this past weekend. I will look through my files and get them posted. Was either of you driving the black bodied MRX-4?
