YOu are correct...10th scale tires run about $14 a pair...But remember that is a "retail" price...a LHS may be less
These are some of the best wearing tires I've run Hold up great on a nitro car, so I can only imagine how well they will wear and work on carpet

that's on only downside to the standard suspension - it don't like foams too much...I've been running this suspension since my TA04R (which had foam fitting problems) thru the EvoIII
