Exotek spool
Anyone try the new exotek spool yet, if so what would you recommend for medium dirt/clay track center diff or the spool?

Might want to hold off on the spool for a couple weeks. Exotek is updating the outdrive cups to make them harder as currently the people using it have seen severe wearing after a few packs. But I don't think you'd want it on clay unless you're a balls out driver and can handle the twitchiness it'd add.

I'm using AVID "Revolution":
Tekno EB410 Bearing Kit
They come with a metal shield on one side which I leave exposed on the hubs, the other side has a rubber shield that I permanently remove to significantly reduce friction. I also flush the stock grease with brake cleaner and then lube the bearings with dry teflon bike chain lube:
Bike Medicine - Industrial Strength Products For Cycling
I also use the same product to lube all my CVD's and out drives, I've got a set of original out drives on my SCT410.1 that are 4+ years old and still going.
These ceramic bearings require more frequent maintenance, I will clean and lube my bearings once every 2-3 race days.
I believe Matt said it was a prototype bar, I've been running 1.4 on the front and that's been doing well for my 13.5 powered car without having any traction roll issues.

Ofna part #17104. Comes with 4 hinge pins that are the right length. Looks like they'll work on the front too.
I got these from nitrohouse. http://www.nitrohouse.com/Arm-Hinge-...et_p_5184.html
