The main thing is make sure you use a good high quality bullet connector!! Make sure it has a good fit as well. If its loose you might as well be throwing a hot dog down a hall way!

Ive been testing this very thing so far too. This far I have not found it to be any better than 4mm. I already had the plans to release the same thing but looking at the extra cost I dont think it will be worth it due to no performance advantage gained.

All I know is I've treated my orca 6000 packs like dog crap and they haven't puffed or had ANY issues. Charge at 12 amps run them to cut off and back on the charger and back into the car. They go on the charger at 110-115 degrees. I've been running two packs like this for the past month or so and they are good as new. This is in a mod sedan with a 4.5 and more recently a 5.5. All orca.

I know before the nats myself and some others tryed everyone's packs
Smc
Eam
Sting
Revtech
Ohp
They all had 4mm
We tested them on the same gfx a very reputable one lol
And we all agreed their was lower Ir on the ip packs with 5mm
Nothing scientific but
I think tq and winner in stk tc were using 5mm
I would love to see the testing done but I'm sold on 5mm from what I have seen

The only problem with that testing is the packs you tested come from a different factory. If that factory put 4mm bullets on the exact same packs for you and 5mm bullets on the same packs the numbers will be the same. I have some from my factory on the way with 5mm and 4mm on the same cells to test. I know Danny has done this as well and hasnt seen a difference.
The packs that were out with 5mm bullets are from a very good and very reliable company and that is why they are running so well. Im not sold its the 5mm bullets making them better. Will know more when the test stuff shows up here soon.

P.S. The winnder of Stock TC was using 4mm bullets. That was Craig Xaiver and he runs for me.

If you guys are worried about a few milli ohms, you guys just need to use better plugs Try our QTEQ Banana plugs, they have 6 double contact points (for 12 total contacts) and are 24K Gold plated brass. They are priced a bit high, but they are the best banana plugs in the market today. Nothing else that we have tested is as efficient. They hold so hard that they actually came out with a plug pulling tool so that you don't yank on your wires.
