us customs rules

Hi guys:

I will stay on us until august and I you like to buy some stuff from rc_mushroom(HK). Can anyone explain to me which are the US customs rules? What I can and what i can't buy? importation taxes?

Ive never been charged anything for importing stuff from the suppliers you speak of. Just what you pay on the website is all.
