Default Barry Reed helps build MORCC Layout

The track rebuild is underway, and as per our last two iterations, the man pictured below stepping out of the Sun is playing a big part. For those of you who don't recognise him he's Barry Reed, the uncle of Australia Supercross Star Chad Reed.

Barry is renowned for helping to build Supercross, BMX and all types of dirt tracks up and down the country. He's not your average Bobcat driver, he actually spends most of his time building tracks and doing jump faces. With Barry on the job we know the finer details will be spot on.

We got a lot of work done on our track rebuild, still a lot to do though. While that's going on I thought I'd draw everyone's attention to our club rankings: http://www.morcc.com.au/rankings/Cur...0Rankings.html

These show you who is fast at Maitland. They also show you how popular each class is. It's worth noting that 32 different drivers have raced EP8 at Maitland in the last year. We're an EP club as well as an IC one, so you can expect EP8 to be a bit more popular in Maitland than it has been at other State Championships so far this year. So, if you're tossing up whether to race EP8, that's a point in its favour.

Not at this stage. We were interrupted by rain this weekend, and we haven't got the edging down yet, so it's a bit difficult to see which way it all goes. Hopefully after next weekend I'll have some progress pics.
