Good to see OFNA get into the electric game a little more.

The battery box is 151mm x 59mm and that's the battery box but the overall tray is longer because of the esc mounting plate which is all one pc.

if your lookin for a first buggy and are short on cash. i would give it a shot. hell many people get rc8's and 8ight 2.0's and cant drive it worth shi& nor tune it to handle right. so a beginner with average driving skills and a great setup on this could be pretty competitive IMO.

Anyone have more info on the LX-1e or the normal LX-1 in terms of durability? I've read in some other threads that the diffs are weak, but when I look at a thread on another forum about the nitro LX-1, there's no mention of diff problems.

On this car you will have the hardened gears pinion and bevel from the very start no other Ultra other than the Dirt oval will have it, so for the $200.00 retail it's a good bargin for an E-car, one of our managers was running a while back before it came out at OCRC and did pretty good for track work but out on the street it ready to go fast, we had did speed runs on a Mamba and relized this bad boy needed the hardened gears after so many wheelies the gear had started to skip so we had them stop the manufacturing and redo the gears. After a while we even turned it into a SC it looked a funny beacause it was hard to find the right body to fit but was cool to race.
