Default 2009 Byron's Challenge at Lesiure Hours Raceway August 22-23
Here is some information on the 2009 Byron's Challenge, August 22-23

If you have any questions beyond what is posted here please contact Scott 815-439-1477 or ask on this forum.

The entry form can be found here: http://www.byronfuels.com/pages/2009_challenge.html

The format will be Friday Practice from 10am-8pm, Saturday track opens at 8, practice from 8-11am then 4 -10 minute qualifiers, Sunday hour long A mains.

Classes are 1/8, sedan and GT.

Man, It really sucks! so far it looks like due to work I won't be able to attend! I had my form and check ready to mail it out!

This is the biggest onroad event of the year around the Chicago land area!

After hearing about this event last year I really wanted to go this year. To bad I will be out of town. Maybe next year.

Team Xray is scheduled to be at this event for the 1st time. It's on RC America's web site calendar. This is going to be a great race.

What hotel/motel and phone numbers (if possible) do the racers stay at for this race?

The reason DJ and Paolo won't be there, is that they'll be at a fairly important event over in Switzerland.

I definately wanted to go, but it is set to be a conflict with the 1/8 worlds this year. If there is time we will go next year.
