THE NEW TVRC

From the way it looks now holeshots will be fine on 4mod, until the track breaks in we won't know for sure. This weekend's fun run I would bring a m2/m3 compound tire for anything 1/8 scale. There's a really good chance this surface will groove up so anything too soft will get very hot and twitchy. Suppressors you should be safe I'm gonna run fugitives on my buggy and x2 holeshots on my truck. You might find suppressors to be a bit twitchy they were so in Spokane. 4 mod soft holeshots just because that's all I have. This dirt will be similar to spokane's new dirt we ran on recently(once broke in), I ran soft holeshots on my 4 mod all weekend and they were great and didn't wear much at all.

I ran 1 set of soft reflex's all weekend in Spokane. Practice, 3 quals, 50 min worth of mains. They were perfect, impacts were also great up there. For 1/8 scale you will want something more like an impact or fugitive for this dirt. But here again once the track breaks in we will know a lot more

Right on . I am new to dirt racing ... Is it best to water the track everyday like grass . And keep it like a wet sponge . Or can it be soaked the day before a race and still be good ? Just kinda wondering if I can take my own hose out their next week and if its ok to water it in the morning ...

Thanks for starting this back up guys! Track was fun Just wish I didnt have to bring a stool with me!
Any thoughts on putting a little fill dirt where the stand use to be? Will that get us some height without pissing off the cirty? I mean if we build it up a foot or two, we would still technically be on the "ground" right?
I know the track was just completed, so nothing that needs to be right away, just a thought I had since the city technically doesnt even want me on a stool...
