Jumps
We're running wooden jumps in Edenhope, Victoria. Whilst it took a while to get them right, they appear to be working extremely well. The biggest trick was getting the right curve in the face of the jump itself, once that was done, it is all good from there. We alse run carpet on top of the jump face as it provides grip, protection and will hold a bit of dirt to make the transition nice. One tip if you are using wooden jumps, you will need to dig them in about 3 to 4 inches and make sure the dirt/clay combo doesn't blow out directly in front of the jump as this can cause problems. Apart from that, its a great way to get maintenance free consistant jumps.
Now we just need to get the rest of the track surface nice and consistant.
Cheers
