please help me out on this
does someone has this combination and if not what do you think

Spektrum + M11 + Sanwa Digital Servo + Twister 2

Not sure what you are asking. Are you wondering if it will work or are you saying that you have a problem using this combination.

I use the Spektrum, with an M11 and an Airtronics digital servo with a LRP Q2 with no problems. But then again, I use the large cap onall my ESC's.
Try it for yourself. If it doesn't work or if you have problems, install the large cap that came with the ESC and that should solve your problems.

They'll work just fine, just be sure to adjust the BEC voltage on the Twister to 3,5V and keep it there with all your speedos profiles.

make sure u get the new m8/m11 spektrum with 8 pins... the older spektrum wont work with the m11 only the m8

i will be buying it directly from horizon hobby just to be sure its the latest one !
