On most of the race cars I've seen at races, the roll bars are not used at all. If you run with the body off a lot then it might help you.

Made a few mods to my GT2 by raiding a few part bins. Aiming to finally capture some videos of the rear exhaust system in full flight as requested over the weekend. In the meantime, a couple of photos illustrating result so far....

The best gearing set up depends on the motor and esc .
Ex. You cannot gear up your stock gt2 to 1:1
You need powerful motor and hi-amp/hv esc so you can gear up to 1:1 or even more.

Does anybody know any online shops that have a good supply of Inferno GT2 spare parts? preferably within Europe. Thanks

I like igthobbies.com , also in the u.s. Do your research before ordering from them though. Some parts listed in the gt2 option parts aren't compatible.

Was browsing Absolute Hobbyz website & noticed all Kyosho GT cars Nitro & Electric prices have been reduced by about 25%.

http://www.absolutehobbyz.com/

Just a FYI for anyone looking for a new GT

Thanks guys. Crazy how the car itself is easy to find in Europe but spares are barely availible . Which parts would you say are likely to break if any and what upgrades do you think are necessary? Not looking to absolutely "bling out" the car, just want the upgrades that are necessary for better durability. Thanks

Are there any decent set ups anywhere for a good sized asphalt track. Only found the one on infernosonly and no others.

For drag racing , use the 43-46 spurs with a 15-19 pinion .
Set the two speed to shift early to get better E.T. and speed. Run it lean and take the cooling head off. You're only running a few seconds to go crazy.
