When ever you want them to be lol Homer is up early and up late if you wanna come and buy stuff in person you have to call cause its mostly an online shop but if you order online it will be send out asap.

well, this is starting to worry me. Lisa asked me to contact her today (via an email request last night by her) and i have tried EVERY possible email method, both through their website and through her personal email...still no reply. Also, the phone just rings...both numbers.
Can anybody try and contact them by phone and see whats up??? I ordered the 808 yesterday, but apparently my CC pin was incorrect and I need to clear it up!

They had a real big week. The 808s came in and its their season opening race this weekend. I cant wait.

Sorry to bump an old thread but.. is it common for them to be out like this? I placed an order there Saturday for an 8ight-E setup and paid for 1 day FedEX shipping. Yesterday I received a tracking number from UPS, 2 days.
I sent an email to Lisa to ask about it over 24 hours ago and did not get a response, so I've been trying to call them this morning. Both phone #'s just ring without an answer, not even voicemail.
If I didn't see a lot of people on here sharing good experiences with them I would be really worried about my order, not answering the phone gives a very bad impression.

You have nothing to worry about. They will take care of you. I don't know how to explain them not answering the phone, but I do know they are very busy right now with taking over a local hobby store.

I order a lot of stuff through them and only had one order take a few extra days. Most times it goes out the same day I order. I tried calling today also. I'm looking for an order that I thought I would have received today. I just sent an email, so I'm sure she will get right back to me. She is always very prompt. I got my new 2.0 from Tilted today, but the motor mount didn't show, so I know how you feel. Hang in there, it will be taken care of. It always is.

titled is a TOP NOTCH shop. They will take care of you. they always will. Lisa and Homer are really great people, and the funny thing is.....I live in St. Louis MO, never met them personally but they have always been stand up people with my orders.
