Mugen is no longer doing the MR line of GRP based engines. A GRP .28 would be very similar I assume.

IMHO the original Ninja .28 is teh best ever .28 made. The GRP Tuned one is not timed as aggro as the Ninja.
They are not made anymore and its almost impossible to find them new.
I have a JP modded one that is absurdly fast to go in my Z-Truggy later this month!!

i had one and it was insane from bottom to top! i think it has the best powerband of any .28. way too much for most tracks.

I still have 2 of them modded by CEO, plus a spare CEO modded piston/sleeve. Very rare that my son uses them as they are usually overkill on most tracks.

Anybody got any idea what size bearings were in these engines as I would like to replace mine ASAP???

And where's best to get a rod for this engine?

I don't think that you can find parts for the 28 any more...
If you are interested I have a brand new grp 28 tuned line truggy for sale.

My Ninja 28 engine is fine, I just want to replace the bearings.

And the rod if I can get hold of one.
