Knew this body version was coming. Released quicker then I thought.

This is one of my least favorite Mustangs ever, but they did a great job with the body.

I prefer the 2005 generation. Give us a Shelby version of that!

I think it's awesome that Traxxas is releasing this chassis without bodies!

Idk, I haven't personally tried them. I tried to order the cobra and a foxbody from them directly, but I doesn't look like they will ship to US. Some of them have been popping up on eBay, for a premium, and my brother says there is a guy connected with them somehow on facebook you can get them through. They have a lot of awesome stuff so hopefully as the word gets out they will be easier to get. The regal/grand national body too I have to have.

Actually scratch that, I just put them in the cart again and they now do ship to US, score.

I'm not sure how this is copying Vaterra. And no, most people are not going to stop buying Traxxas.

Vaterra had scale mustangs out way before this.
Then traxxas turns around and sues hobbico for taking there design from the REVO aka redo.
The point is
Life is about competition
Look at Losi and Team Associated
Ford .........Chevy
and so on

It's very silmilar to the V100. I've had both in a video. The lawsuit Traxxas has going with Hobbico over patent infringement with the Nero has annoyed some.

Tamiya had Mustangs out way before Vaterra and Traxxas. They also had the TT-01 and TT-02 out way before this car. Similar designs are not patent infringements.

As I stated above, similar is not the same as patent infringement. Companies have to protect their patents. That's all that Traxxas is doing. To hate them for that just doesn't make sense.

never said anything about hating them.
I have 3 old slash 4x4's and they are the go to beater when we want to see what they will take...
My point is exactly what you said...
For years all the RC companies have offered something similar.
To watch traxxas fund and support a real race team and charge what they do for there RTR's is irritating to say the least.
Then go after Hobbico for a steering design...That makes no sense!
