I have some V3.1s on the way. I need to start stocking these deeper !

The Hobbywing mod motors are still awaiting approval from ROAR before they go into full distribution according to Falcon Sekido. This is what I was told 2 days ago by my sales rep.

The rsd springs are too long to fit well on the R1. At least they are with hpi x-pattern tires at 5mm height.

Hey folks, has anyone had an issue with RSD AE TC6.1 Dual Cardan Joint V2narrow axle (RSD070)? The retainer clip on one came off after just two laps on the track. I made sure to separate the longs from the shorts, and crimped them exactly like the website showed. All 4 snapped in tight so I don't see where there could have been an error in installation. Any ideas?

A couple things. Ensure the clips are installed so the clip spins with the leading edge towards the back of the car. On the TC6, I believe there is very little room in there, and with a little bit of slop the clip can catch and pop off. If I were running a TC6 I wouldn't hesitate to use some heat shrink over the clips.

Been running the v2 DJCs on a 6.1 all summer with no issues, havent had to touch them, two things i think help, shrink wrap over the clips, and clearancing the caster block with a unibit.

Cristian, I know that the RSD DCJ V2 couplings are compatible with Xrays escs but what size roll pins does it use? If it's the 2mm which roll pin do I need?

Hey all

I'm running the rsd inner camber mounts on a tc6.1.

If I am using ae setups on this car what is the height difference between the two?

Thanks.
See y'all in Vegas.

Cristian,

If you feel that you can produce XRay T4 ballast weights (particularly for the middle of the car) with interesting features (like multiple screw holes for moving them forward/backward, or as an adjustable battery stop), at a more compelling price point than XRay's own parts, then please do so.
