I'm gonna go ahead and say no they don't all have their transponders in. Nothing against those drivers but I would think some others would be on the list also and if they are not its probably because they don't want to let everyone in on their times.
Side note: A losi driver will win the worlds this year. Maybe one you don't expect.

the Kyosho holds up fine for an hour race trust me on that, Tebo just won the Nats, the Amain was 60 mintes race, i raced it a 60 minutes race with no issues, if you drive smoothly and hold your lines good without kamikazy stunts, it will hold up very good, if you drive it like you will be arrested for DUI then any car will break!!

Winner of the worlds ? anymans game.
Hara is trying his best to make it a 2 year in a row World champ. It will be a first. Being a Japanese with their commitment it is quite possible.
The Americans have the most and fastest drivers in the world. They couldnt win the Worlds in their own country. It was a sad day for Them.
Europeans is a Handfull France and Spain has some hopefulls.
England hasnt done anything big for years so no hope there.
My money is on the big hitters ie Americans Big names Drake, Mayfield, Truhe, Tebo (another of my fav, shouldve been WC long ago), Cavalierie etc At least 10 top American drivers are eligable.
Maybe a Canadian may be able to show the commitment. Lets see who is comitted.
This year 2010 is psychologically a challenging year.
I will be watching in anticipation.
