It is like NEW in box with all the leads,instructions,clamps, ect.

works perfect, shipping is $3.95 priority mail , no trades please.

This is a DC charger. There's no wall plug, sorry.

I can sell you a power supply to convert 120 AC to 12 v dc if you tell me how much power you need.
