what kind of motor and what kind of amp draw was the motor pulling? How big is your power supply?
even on the other chargers like a gfx or t35, a motor that pulls a "large" amount of amps, will "shut it down"
yesterday, i was able to get a mod motor up to 6 amps before it stopped...because the motor wasn't pulling a ton of amps - I think like 7

The Ice will shut down if the motor pulls more than 10 amps. Check the amp draw and see if it is more than 10 amps.

how many amps is it showing @1.5v ??

if the KD is pulling 9 amps @1.5v as soon as you go up to 2.v it will trip the ICE @10+ amps
