Thanks for the replies on suspension blocks...I read the article in the R/C Driver magazine and yes they will fit onto the TA05.
Anyone else with any Carpet Ozite setups w/ rubber or foam tires and monster stock motors?
Most of us are heading indoors for the Season, either at Hobby World(Gilroy, CA) or to Stockton RC Raceway.

Battery
Have anyone had any problems with the battery shortening against the aluminum in the middle by the spur gear...

I seem to have fixed my steering issues but as usual, as one problem is eliminated, another arises- My TA05 has the maddest grinding sound when I put finger to throttle. I've checked both front and rear pulleys, spur gear pully, diffs, most bearings and I've even opened the motor but haven't been able to find any stones or anything unusual for that matter! I have no idea why the car is making such a noise! (I'll even be replacing the SliGhTLy damaged spur to try rectify the issue tomorrow but I can almost guarantee this will not help!)
Please tell me someone in this forum has had a similar issue and is able to help!
