Default Want to make my own discharger like Integy or Trinity.

Hi there,

Has anyone out there made their own single cell discharger for saddle packs? I've made my own discharger with the bulbs. But now I'm in the need of a more specific discharger. I'd like to make something similar to the Integy or Trinity models. Anyone out there make one of these? Let me know.

Eric.

Default I am also interested

I would love to make my own sigle cell discharger. As long as it can be made for less than buying one though. Anyone with plans or drawings please post them up.

Default Discharger

Thanks AzNDRAGster,

Nothing like a bit of information sharing. It's great to find the answers to the questions you have. I'm now a few minutes away from my own discharger.

Eric.

Just buy one. By the time you get done with it you'll wish you had.

Hey there,

yeah, I'm starting to think that as well. Got some interesting links though for home made ones. But how much is my time worth?

Believe me, your time is not worth the 50 bucks you could spend on a high end equalizer like the rayspeed unit. By the time you figure out what resistor goes where, how to wire it all up, blah blah blah, you could have been doing some racing or wrenching on your car.

I love doing projects as well but you have to know when it's just not worth the effort for something that others mass produce and most likely have a much better design.
