Dj, You will have to get the Bell from the Evolva (KYOVS058)...you will have all the optioned pinions at that point ...all the way up to 17/21 !! I run depending on the track between the stock 15/18 up to 16/20... The car that I race is a GT1/MP777WC with a MAXY CINCO BT ceramic ! Car is blazing fast and ready to eat snakes...especially with my IPANEMA WARRIOR BODY ! lol....Thank you Jeff Vargas for your help...The K car is back !

I had used the liteweight Werks cause that was available with no problems. The BUKU is adj. I believe from outside of clutch housing.

Hi guys.
I have the electric version of this car.
Does the Kyosho roll bar fit the nitro only?

just ordered a gt2. got the ceptor body. it was $100 cheaper than the others. as far as I can tell the body is the only difference. am I correct? seems like quite a price difference for a different body style.

I don't see how you can fit that in the E car as the end that bolts to the chassis would have to go through the battery tray.

Why are you trying to fit this on an E car ? To me this is not a roll bar, more of a handle to carry the car around but E car would not have any hole in the windshield to reach it anyway.

I've never heard that a manufacturer like GM or Ford makes a 'CEPTOR' so it was a good move for Kyosho to design their own body style so you could save a bundle on your Ceptor. Try pricing the new Ferarri for the GT2 !! That new 'licensed body' is about $100 more than the Corvette GT2 !!

(AMain 'banner add' that comes up on here was showing Corvette at $489.99, Ferrari at $584.99, Audi at $489.99 but when you go to the AMain site they are "out of stock".

As Jerry said, Kyosha saved a bundle, so they transferred that savings to you ! But actually the Ceptor body is 90% identical to their Mclaren body, just some slight changes for a lil better aero and they called it their own LOL...

So last night the transmission started making an "interesting" sound. It wasn't shifting into 2nd and the the spur stripped. Pulled the trans apart and found nothing loose or broken on it. AT ALL lol. Put new spur put it all back together hut now when I spin the 2nd gear spur I get a tap tap tap tap noise. The clutches for 2nd gear do seem to be slapping back and forth on the holder whenever I spin it back and forth.

Time for new transmission? Lol.
