You have to take into fact that Americans aren't spending as much as they once were. Look at the CRT .5, that was suppose to be the next big thing. It died out pretty fast. Now, once again its a new car, for a new class, that will have all new rules. I see it being big for a few months, but i don't see 8th buggy going anywhere. Hopefully 8th truggy will pick back up with the rc8t released.
The Corr`s will take the place of the Monster`s and steal anyone considering a new truggy ..

my call

Im hoping that they will catch on. I think they have much more fan appeal to them. Its easier for fans and racers to relate to CORR trucks. When i watch the truggys race, they look like a bunch of mars rovers having an epileptic fit.

There is a CORR event in Chula Vista, CA this weekend! If you are planning on attending be sure to check out the SC8 in the Red Bull, Lucas Oil, Bully Dog, and KMC Wheels pits.

Did AE leave the flywheel cut out on the chassis or is it going to have to stay wand started? that would help to keep them a oem class. Looks nice

The flywheel cutout remains so you can use a wand starter or starter box.

No sense for me to buy one now, what with Wisconsin weather already acting like winter's here.

Come spring though, you bet I'll be ordering one of these up

Will they make a electric version of the Sc8?

I would imagine it will depend on how well this "class" of RC does sale-wise, what the other manufacturers are doing, and the demand for an electric one.

I would be surprised if we saw an electric version in the next six months....
