Questions?? losi 8 gearbox

I have both top screws that hold the rear rear gearbox together stripped out. My question is is there a way to fix this instead of buying a new gearbox.

Octite does not work in platic it will make it worse. You can try Teflon tape or use ca glue that will help. But replace them is the best way.

Thanks for the info. Yes i know the case is 5 or 6 bucks i was just wanting to know if there were any quick fixes that anyone has done that lasted a while. I just hated to replace it so soon just because the top screws stripped out the case.

+1 on the goo or CA Glue.. Can't go wrong with this quick fix until you fell like taking the Gearbox apart to replace..

IMO use the ghetto rig until you are ready to rebuild the diff then replace it all at once.
