Im also having no problems achieving full lock, even with the stock horn.

Really? I don't think I was able to make the steering hubs touch the caster blocks before drilling the new holes. The servo horn wouldn't make a difference as the actual steering rack stops on the nut underneath the steering link Ball stud.
In any case this mod/ackerman gives the car a lot more steering/aggression in low grip conditions.
Cheers

Going pretty well actually. The car "Transfers" trough corners really fast. I changed to a lighter shock oil last time and I could push a little bit harder. Car is great, I havent seen another RSD6 on the track yet . Currently i'm running offroad, when the weather gets worse i change to onroad. Offroad track is a 5 min drive for me But the car is great!

Velocity, we have a new steering bridge that has a threaded hole instead of a ball end with a nut at the bottom of it. Initially it was made this way so that we would have a stop on the steering. We are now using either a socket cap M3 screw or a button head with a 1mm spacer underneath to stop the steering throw. This should get you a little more throw. One thing I did instead of the nut was just to superglue my ball end on the steering bridge. To this point it has held up.
I have some pictures of some new items coming today and tomorrow.
Stay tuned
