Losi Aluminum rear diff bearing inserts
Losi aluminum front top plate
Losi front center universal
King Headz extended one piece engine mount

New engine and pipe!! Fuel, Tires or servos. Maybe some parts. Don't buy stuff u don't need, what you want is to have your basis covered incase something happens like a rear diff blows or an engine isn't running right you can switch it out or if a servo goes you have a replacement. Get what I mean? It's always best to have those things when you need them cause not everyone may have what you need. If it was me n I had that 200$ and I only had 1 complete rc car set up then I would go to the for sale thread here and try and buy a used truggy in decent condition so I had a whole parts car. That's just how I am, when I show up to the track i just drove n hour to I always have a complete second car ready to go in the snap of a finger. Things happen so have replacements.

Over time it's good to have the aluminium braces, because the stock will get sloppy.
Same thing with the driveshaft couplings, plastic rod ends and front center driveshaft pin.
The standard wheel hexes also get sloppy over time - it's good to replace them with Xray ones.
Other than that - buy fuel and tyres

There is NOTHING wrong with the rear diff. Shim it right and you'll be good. I have 4 brand new completely built rear diffs that I never had to use.
Gen 3 tray
Lightweight everything but couplers
Unversial front drive shaft
Alum top Plate
KH rear hubs - a Must
v2 shock tower
Inclined spindle set.
NO ALUM BRACES. The chassis likes to flex. Alum braces are for tight tracks with LOTS of grip. Ive been using the black plastic braces, same ones for 3 years.
Lots of wheel bearings
extra set of drive shafts as they wear quick on the truck
Alum servo saver.
Diff cups as the truck notch them pretty good.
