For those of your worried about the top deck don't. The XB4 doesn't have one and the car is stellar. I hope the Associated XB64 is at least as good as the XRAY. Oops, did I call it the XB64? My bad.
My thoughts exactly. Still keeping my xb4 16 but preordered the b64. Part availability and support will be way better with ae.

We just celebrated our 6th anniversary. To keep this thread on message I'd like to say that we are very excited that 4 wheel buggy is making a resurgence. We're equally excited about the B64. I genuinely hope the new Associated car is really good so that I can run one instead of a TLR or XRay. We have a thriving 4x4 class. Its unlimited but almost nobody runs anything other than a 13.5. Since we are outdoors and its getting cold out, race nights are getting seasonally thin. If you live anywhere nearby its a great place to run Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Just preordered one. I was gonna wait to make sure I get the ecash rewards. I'm afraid that if I wait, I may have to wait for a second batch to show up if the first batch sells out. I wanna build mine when everybody else is because that will be fun updating my progress as I go. Also if I get in a jam and can't figure it out there will be lots of help. And who wants to listen/watch how everybody loves it and how great it is (hopefully). So I'm in the waiting (patiently for now) club now

Does anyone think/know if we'd be able to use the small hex on the front? I have a couple pairs of new tires mounted up that I don't want to go to waste.

I'm not sure yet but I did update my b44.3 to the larger 12mm. I suspect we will be able to make it work but until the kit is in my grubby little hands I won't know for sure.

Been waiting for this and have to say the B64D looks pretty sweet. Decisions will have to be made for sure and the TLR may finally be retired!

The axle thicknesses are different.

Schelle confirmed the B6 Schelle aluminum hubs will work on the b64. I'm definitely getting a pair given the forces a heavy mod wheeler can put down.
