Wow if they would add .5 hp to a small block we would all have one

I don't think the performance difference would even overcome the added weight

this discussion has been had many a time and SUPERCHARGERS DO NOT WORK ON RC CARS. the simple reason it that the exhaust port and induction ports are open at the same time on a 2 stroke motor. with this so called supercharger all you are doing is pushing unburnt fuel out the exhaust port. the supercharger also eliminates the scavenging affect of the tuned pipe which results in more power loss. in short supercharger=slower!

Thats what I thought.

The site says the pipe still works in as much as the sonic rebound effect does push the gases back into the cylinder.

IMO it may work after a fashion but being a 2 stroke would be horribly inefficient.

Imagine the amount of unburnt fuel being pumped out of the exhaust.

Is there a site showing "real" dyno results for these??

feel sorry for the person that pays that much for a hpi rs4 3 , with that much money you could buy a better car and a JP FX.12 to go with it and run alot faster than that HPI with a supercharger
