G6 won the Halloween classic at The gate this past weekend in Stock and 19 turn sedan (I think thats what Dunigan was running). Works great on high bite carpet!!

dunnigan ran a stratus 3.0carpet, i believe

I was back and forth all weekend between the alfa, and g6. it felt to me like the alfa gave a bit more steering, but I've been told by faster guys that the g6 gives more front bite...

they were very close to the same for me.

Ok I didnt remember which one dunnigan ran. I ran the G6 and 3.0 Carpet back to back within 5 minutes of each other and the 3.0 turned in harder but didnt finish the corner as hard but was easier to drive. The G6 didnt turn in as hard but turned harder middle/out.

Heh... I only raced carpet sedan a couple times in the last 2-3 years. I would have used the Protoform G6 if I knew so many people were going to make fun of me for using the 3.0.

The G6 is dialed.. I ran the original pull this weekend but the mold has since been tweaked to add what Dale claims to be 10-15% more dive. I had a few on hand from the first run of the running change but did not get around, or feel the need to try them vs. the original.

The G6 compared to the 3.0 to me is just like EA says.. feels more free'd up. I think the 3.0 may dive a bit harder.. but gives up in the turn.. personally, i choose G6, but both are very very capeable.

Mike.. should have spoke up.. i had them on hand i would have gladly given one to ya if you would have let me win 19T..

It would require you mounting it up and painting it too.
