Anyone else having problems completing payment with a credit card with the shop?

Have had issues in the past but this was not RC-Mushroom's fault, it was the credit company undertaking "fraud control" as ordering toy car parts from Hong Kong isn't deemed that usual by their standards! After a call to the credit company everything was sorted quickly.

RC Mushroom is great, I use them all the time.

One store that isn't so great is RC Station (www.rcstation.com). I placed an order, then got no confirmation for a week. Only after repeated emails did I get a response which said they were preparing my order. Another week later I get an email from them saying what I ordered is out of stock. Another week, and still waiting for a Paypal refund. Bunch of thieves!

They run an Ebay store pretty efficiently looking at their feedback, but their online store is a joke.

Through their website. I never knew they had an ebay store. I always paid via paypal though, if that makes a difference.

I paid through PayPal as well. I have had to open a dispute through PayPal to get a refund.

Thanks for the answers guys. The problem I got was the site saying 'this transaction has failed because the credit card was not authenticated with our systems', which is BS as I've just got something from ebay and paid with the same card (also from a HK shop). I emailed them and it should be sorted now.

As for RC Station, haven't had a problem with them, ordered bodies and Cyclone parts and all have arrived within 2 weeks.
