There's a time limit on filing a Paypal dispute...I think it's a month. You've been more than patient. Now it's time to file a complaint so you can maybe get your money back.

Ya, It's 45 days, but I was being Mr. Nice Guy and gifted him the $$$$ so you are not able to dispute the transaction.....KARMA is a _itch!
