Default LRP Quantum Competition 2 help

Hi guys,

Im thinking of buying a second hand QC2, but im concerned at the stories i have read about them blowing up. Is the waranty still active if i buy a second hand unit?

If it is do i need to obtain the docket off the original owner or something to make a claim should something happen

I cant really afford to buy it new but then again i cant afford to loose money on a second hand one if it blows not long after i install it.

Any help apreciated

Dave

once it's second hand there is no warranty cause the warranty card is registured with the original owner, If he even sent one in. If you try to send one in yourself they will ask you for the bill of sale , and if the ID sticker number is rubbed off they will void the warranty any way. How do I know this ? Lrp tried to screw me with a new one i got . All in all the esc isn't bad, but it does send some glitching into the steering servo Dont know why....

just make sue they send you a bill of sale with the item. Then when you fill out the waranty card and send you will be all set. Oh ya very inportant MAKE COPIES for yourself or send them the copies. On the quantum2 there is a tiny sticker with the serial number on it make sure it doesn't get scratched or rubber off
