U can get it partially under the bulkhead and make it fit. The wires are the problem not the case.

too wide.. use the 4". I use the 20mil stuff, and it works flawlessly.

Thanks for the help Brandon. Just received the kit today along with some other goodies will post pics later. I pulled the trigger on the avid Triad setup which should make easier on switching between the gears. What battery are u running?

I used to use the tape but I tune the battery packs too much so I removed it in a month. My chassis does not scuff up that much. Have very minor scuffing. The only big one is on my porch where it caught the curb, the dirt on our tracks pretty fine and even and not many rocks.

Depends on how much wing you want to run! I ran very little wing on my RB5... but run a bit more on my RB6. Now that I think about it, it's one piece I left off my setup sheet too. I typically cut down about 1/2 off the back facing lip. I think 1.5 lines still showing is what I run. See if you can tell in these pics..

Get yourself a couple wings, one cut lower, one cut in the middle, and one cut higher, and see how they work for you. The biggest change I feel, is rear traction in medium and high speed steering (think sweeper)

I'm thinking of turning the steering rack backwards to "calm" the car (it's pretty pointy) this mod pushes the ballstuds back towards the rear of the car ... My question is, why are some guys running a 1mm spacer under the ballstuds on the steering rack? This pushes the studs even further forwards on the car, so wouldn't that make it even more darty?? or am I confused on the whole Ackerman theory

I would probably start with the kit setup. Stock pistons, 37.5 oil front, 30 or 32.5 rear... And tweak from there. If you have any information on your track surface and overall traction level, we can help you fine tune from there.

Step one is always tires though!

(and thanks... and you're welcome)
